It’s your special day! All our bridal packages include the following:

❖     12-hour rental of ceremony and reception areas (venue building, outdoor amphitheater with wedding arbor, surrounding outdoor patios for reception, and parking area)

❖     Access to prepare for the day in individual Bridal, Bridesmaids’, and Grooms’ Suites, all include sitting area with separate dressing space, as well as private bathroom to use during your rental time  

❖     Scheduled 45 minute ceremony walkthrough prior to wedding day (date/time based on availability of venue)

❖     Use and set-up of tables and chairs included for up to 200 guests ($150 per 25 for any additional guests)

❖     Access to scenic spaces on property for bridal party photographs (please discuss arrangements and locations desired prior to wedding day)

❖     Scheduled hour and a half access for engagement or bridal photographs (utilizing your photographer)

❖     1-hour planning meeting with Ocoee Crest Staff to discuss seating layout and wedding day details

❖     Catering food prep area. This area is available for final plating and food service for your guests.

❖     Ocoee Crest staff member on site throughout your full rental time

❖     Use of Ocoee Crest Decor Lending items (schedule a tour to see current availability)

❖  Use of golf cart with driver at specified times during the day.

PLEASE NOTE: Ocoee Crest provides you with a beautiful venue that offers  panoramic mountain and river views along with ceremony chairs, reception tables and chairs, and a great selection of decor items, however, we do not provide linens or tableware. Check with your catering company or an area rental company for these items.
